Rucellai& Raffaelli value diversity, rather: we value being different. We appreciate difference of sex, race, belief, origin.

Circa 30% of our partners are women, whilst the average percentage of our thirty main competitors is only slightly more than 15%. Our partners are members of Valore D and we yearly sponsor WIZO. More than 50% of our senior associates are female.

But these are just examples.

The plain fact is that we firmly believe in valuing diversity also among our contractors, correspondents and suppliers, which we select among small firms, local sourcers and disadvantaged businesses. Not only we think that this is the right thing to do, but also that it is a wise business decision: difference attracts diverse approaches, innovation and often a special commitment to one’s own community.
